This project includes 24 residential units and a wide range of amenity spaces tailored to promote comfort, engagement, and quality of life for residents. Key features include a casino-style game room, a putting green, a library with an internet café, a serene fountain water feature, a dedicated movie room, and a spacious dining area designed to bring the residents together.
