Grady’s experience working as a commercial real estate agent after college sparked his interest in the construction process, leading him to further his education and serve with construction firms in North Louisiana. Grady joined Shreve Land as a project manager, and his strong communication skills and team-player attitude have made him a valuable member of Shreve Land’s operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana as well as a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. Grady has been promoted to Senior Project Manager, and is enjoying his new position in our Dallas office.
